Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving the products at support@thecooshop.com with pictures of the damaged items and the payment receipt or proof of purchase. We will give you further instructions on how to return the damaged product. The items must be returned within 7 days from the return instruction email’s date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and the credit less shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exclusive Offers and Special Offers are bundle offers and the offer price is only valid with the main purchase in the same order. In the event of a return of the main purchase, all product(s) under the Exclusive Offers or Special Offers in the order will be charged at full price. The difference between the full price and the offer price will be deducted from your refund amount accordingly.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, with the exception of items damaged in transit or returns approved by us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

theCOOshop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, theCOOshop will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
